Wow...I can't begin to say how powerful is YouTube. So, let me just give
you an example. A Country Music Singer traveled on United Airlines...his Taylor guitar was in a hardcase...United Air
Lines broke his Taylor guitar, in a hardcase!...he appealed to them repeatedly to replace his broken guitar...to no
avail...therefore, he and his group recorded a video and uploaded it to YouTube. Below is the video and the results
of that video!
