On the Social Media scene, Facebook is a major player.
Facebook is a way to stay in touch with friends all over the world, make new friends all over the world and reconnect with
old friends all over the world. Facebook provides us the opportunity of connecting, sharing videos and photos,
interacting with like-minded folks, building a business, displaying a passion, standing on a soap-box, supporting a cause,
and so much more. What an encouragment it is to daily read successes and accomplishments of my fellow-speaker friends,
my students of years past, my family, my special relationships and my new adquaintences across the globe!
Facebook is not ony powerful; it is fun! It can be used for personal application or it can be one of the components
at the center of your customer-based marketing program. Either way, it IS here to stay and it is method of communication
and marketing that cannot be ignored!
