Cooking Classes

We are innundated with recipes from all directions these days.  You can find any recipe you can imagine on the web.  But the fine art of southern cooking is not passed down with quite the diligence today as it was when I was growing up.  I would imagine if you asked most 16 year old girls to go in and cook up a pan of biscuits and gravy, you would get a blank stare...or worse, a really disgusting look!  This cooking class is going to be two-fold:  (1)  Learn southern traditions of cooking.  (2)  Learn how to "feel" the rightness of your recipes instead of just following a list of ingredients.  We will cook fabulous goodies and eat what we cook!
